Guide in the decisions of the future

volunteer hours

We work with institutes in which the rate of school failure and dropout is high to carry out programs with students from the last high school courses as well as basic professional training students for whom the motivation and guidance to make decisions in the nearest future is crucial.

This way, counting on the school management staff and teaching team, the guidance department´s support, educators belonging to different involved entities and thanks to the incredible accompaniment labour offered by the corporate volunteers, we carry out sessions in which young people learn how to work in teams, to acknowledge their strengths and create projects based on their own interest as well as directed to their communities. This is how they become the principal actors and agents of change of their surroundings and their future.

Corporate volunteers bridge the reality of young people with the world of work.

In addition to these activities, we carry out some one-time events (workshops, visits, master classes) through the school year, offering more volunteers the opportunity of taking part in this project and being able to have an impact on a larger number of young people. The idea is to act by focusing on different areas or perspectives and to cover those specific needs of each educational centre.
